Processing Personal Data
Conference Design Pty Ltd processes your personal data to enable your participation in the event.

Who will see your personal data?
Your data may be accessible by other organisations in order to process your registration, including:
Our software provider, Centium Software using the Microsoft Azure Cloud
Our bank, ANZ Ltd, using their credit card processing gateway
Accommodation providers, if booking accommodation through Conference Design

How long will your data be stored?
We will store your data in our conference management software for up to seven years following the conference or as required by Australian law, for example, for taxation reporting requirements. This includes the personal information gathered during registration and financial transactions processed for you. You may email us and request we remove your contact email and phone number at any time.

Colloquium Dinner

The Colloquium Dinner will be held at Old Parliament House.

Delegates have the option to attend a tour of the Museum of Australian Democracy before dinner. If you are attending the tour, a bus will take you from the Colloquium venue to Old Parliament House.

If you do not wish to attend the MoAD Tour and wish to attend the dinner only, please indicate below. You will be required to make your own way to the venue.

Accommodation (Pay via Invoice)

Extended Bookings
We have held rooms for the nights of the conference. If you wish to extend your booking, book your preferred hotel for the conference dates and email mail@conferencedesign.com.au with the additional nights you require. We will confirm the availability with the hotel and send you a new confirmation.

 

Payment
The total cost of the accommodation will be included on your conference invoice. Once paid, this amount will be transferred to your hotel prior to the conference. 

 

Credit Card Guarantee
You will need to provide full credit card details (including CCV) during booking as a credit card guarantee. You will also need to provide the hotel with a credit card when you check-in to cover incidental expenses incurred during your stay.

 

Cancellations, Changes and No Shows
All hotels have charges for cancellations, changes and no shows. These are listed with the hotel descriptions.

Payment 

At 31 days prior to arrival, guests individual credit cards will be charged for full non-refundable prepayment.
Individual guests will need to settle their accommodation bills on arrival.
Guests will also need to provide the hotel with a credit card when checking-in to cover incidental expenses incurred during their stay.

Privacy Statement

The information provided via this site is collected for the primary purpose of processing your conference registration. The information you provide will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent, unless disclosure is authorised or required by law, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988. During the conference photographs may be taken which may be used to promote future conferences.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

Please select a payment option below to complete your registration.

Secure online credit card - If you pay by credit card a tax invoice and receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.

EFT - A tax invoice will be attached to your confirmation email and will include bank details and a reference for EFT payments. Please include the reference to ensure your payment is allocated to your registration. When transferring money from overseas please check the fees and add them to your payment.

Purchase Order - You can enter a purchase order and it will be included on your tax invoice. If you need a tax invoice to obtain a purchase order number, select EFT now and email us the purchase order number - we will then reissue your tax invoice.

Within 60 days of the conference, all registrations need to be paid by credit card.
