Accommodation

If you wish to book accommodation, you can choose from the following options:

  • Have the accommodation cost included on your registration invoice to pay via EFT or credit card.
  • Pay later by credit card. If paying later by credit card, please refer to each hotel’s payment terms on the next page for when your card will be charged by the hotel.

Accommodation (Pre-Payment via Invoice)

Extended Bookings
We have held rooms for the nights of the conference. If you wish to extend your booking, book your preferred hotel for the conference dates and email mail@conferencedesign.com.au with the additional nights you require. We will confirm the availability with the hotel and send you a new confirmation.

Payment
The total cost of the accommodation will be included on your conference invoice. Once paid, this amount will be transferred to your hotel prior to the conference. 

Credit Card Guarantee
You will need to provide full credit card details (including CCV) during booking as a credit card guarantee. You will also need to provide the hotel with a credit card when you check-in to cover incidental expenses incurred during your stay.

  • Individual guests will need to settle their accommodation bills on arrival.

Payment

Please select a payment option below to complete your registration.

  • Credit card - If you pay by credit card a tax invoice and receipt will be attached to your confirmation email.
  • EFT - A tax invoice with bank details and a payment reference will be attached to your confirmation email. Please include the reference to ensure your payment is allocated to your registration. When transferring money from overseas, please check the fees and add them to your payment.
  • Purchase Order - You can enter a purchase order and it will be included on your tax invoice. If you need a tax invoice to obtain a purchase order number, select EFT now and email us the purchase order number. We will then reissue your tax invoice.

Within 60 days of the conference, all registrations need to be paid by credit card.

*IMPORTANT – Please note, when paying by credit card you will be redirected to an external portal to complete your payment. Please ensure you DO NOT exit the page until you have been directed back to the registration portal.
