Pre-Conference workshops will run concurrently over the afternoon of the 8 June 2027:

• Vascular Access (3 hours) - 1:30pm - 5:00pm
• Shared Decision Making (1.5 hours) - 1:30pm - 3:00pm & 3:30pm - 5:00pm (repeat session)
• Advanced Care Planning  (1.5 hours) - 1:30pm - 3:00pm & 3:30pm - 5:00pm (repeat session)

If you are booking multiple workshops please be mindful of the session times your are selecting to avoid double bookings.

If you wish to book accommodation, you can choose from the following options:

• Have the accommodation cost included in your registration invoice to pay via EFT or credit card.
• Pay later by credit card. If paying later by credit card, please refer to each hotel’s payment terms on the next page for when your card will be charged by the hotel.

Extended Bookings
We have held rooms for the nights of the conference. If you wish to extend your booking, book your preferred hotel for the conference dates and email mail@conferencedesign.com.au with the additional nights you require. We will confirm the availability with the hotel and send you a new confirmation.

Payment
The total cost of the accommodation will be included on your conference invoice. Once paid, this amount will be transferred to your hotel prior to the conference. 

Credit Card Guarantee
You will need to provide full credit card details (including CCV) during booking as a credit card guarantee. You will also need to provide the hotel with a credit card when you check-in to cover incidental expenses incurred during your stay.

Cancellations, Changes and No Shows
All hotels have charges for cancellations, changes and no shows. These are listed with the hotel descriptions.
